PERSONAL TRAINING

Spending an hour in the gym is only a small piece of living a healthy lifestyle. I ensure all my clients learn sustainable lifestyle habits including the importance of primal movement patterns, stress management and nutrition. I offer both in-person training if you are based in Chicago and virtual personal training via Zoom if you are located elsewhere.

Personal training includes:

  • Initial assessment

  • 60 minute in-person training sessions

  • Access to ask questions and address concerns outside our sessions

  • Optional programming to complete outside our sessions
